Wonderful stay. Super easy to find and check in. Close to South Congress. The host was super responsive, & we loved the late check out & pool heating options! The rooms were also super spacious which I loved.

I had such a wonderful stay! The home is absolutely beautiful and filled with natural light, which made the space feel open and refreshing. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially stunning, everything was clean, modern, and well kept. One thing to note is that there are no blinds, so the home gets very bright during the day, but if you love natural light like we do, you’ll appreciate it. Jake was an amazing host. He was incredibly communicative, responsive, and attentive. Anytime we had a question, he replied quickly and was very helpful. I truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay again!

Jake is a super host. I have family in Austin and we needed a place to stay and take our two pooches with us. The house is bright, clean and in a great location. The back yard is completely fenced with a high privacy fence.

Jake’s place was perfect for our first visit to Austin! There was lots of space for the four of us and appreciated that there were 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was immaculate. We liked that we were able to walk to Little Darling nearby. Jake was great at accommodating us and letting us store our luggage in the garage since we arrived well before check-in. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin and wanting a calm, yet still accessible to the city, neighborhood!

Jake's place was great for what we needed while in Austin. We lucked out with some beautiful weather and were able to spend time on the outside patio. The beds were comfy and overall the space was as advertised.

Loved Jake's spot in the STL. It is an ideal location if you are traveling to be close to to Forest Park and central to so many family friendly beautiful areas. The spot is ideal for families with the layout, access to the backyard and walkable neighborhood. Wonderful spot and great value for the rate!

I had a wonderful stay with Jake. The home clean and organized in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with lots to do and restaurants being walking distance and not a far drive to downtown or surrounding areas. Upon arrival I was happy to notice there were neighbors out walking their dogs and a dog park close by, which was great for my pup. Communication was awesome, quick and he was very pleasant to speak with. I would recommend this stay to anyone and will book a stay with him again myself!

My daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids ages 3 and 1 stayed for week between Christmas and New Years while they visited the area. They were familiar with the area since I live nearby. They felt very comfortable here and enjoyed walking their dog to the nearby coffee shop and Tower Grove Park every morning. They said everyone slept well and appreciated that they were on the first floor and didn’t have to worry about the noise the kids made running up and down the halls. I can say first hand the place was very clean since I played a lot of hide and seek with the grandkids. We would definitely stay here again.

Jake was by far the best host i’ve ever had! He always responded quickly and helped us with everything! We plan on traveling to Austin more frequently and this is exactly where I will be booking again! The house is newly renovated and is sooo nice! Thank you Jake!
